tinypic, photobucket, imageshack, etc. and update that URL in your profile.
That image is currently hosted from a site that's flagged as malware.
Anyone using Chrome get a warning thrown at us anytime you post in a thread due to that image.
You don't have control over that site, but you *do* have control over where you can point that image to.
