In "ambiguous" questions like this, the intentions
of the person who drafted the question ultimately are
what quells the ambiguity.

In this case, you must read context from the way
the question is written, what the numbers involved
are, and the symbolism used.

The use of the division symbol automatically tells
us that we are not making an actual calculation, but
a kiddie calculation from elementary arithmetic. This
is not mathematics, this is a teaching stepping stone
to learning actual mathematics, which is why no one
uses the division symbol in any actual mathematical
calculation.

This point is completely irrefutable. People below
me are scrambling and getting upset trying to dodge
it, and they haven't done anything, at all, because
it happens to be fair, lucid, logical, and correct.
