i mailed 1.5 ozs to philly, went thru an 8th my stay there, gave mahogany a sack for driving pele, paradigm, and me around philly, and i BROUGHT 1 WHOLE OUNCE BACK W/ ME ON THE PLANE. ya'll gotta imagine how scary that was for me coming from an area so 'laxed about pot. i was not myself that weekend cuz i forgot to leave my troubles back in the bay. to make a long story short i worked thursday morning and drove straight to the airport after before RE and immediately after i arrived back in SF after the RE i had to go to work. while i was in philly i got 2 calls from work: 1) was they talking about me in a negative way going on vacation and 2) my work schedule for next week is being changed. fuck, i'm at my work as i type.

work stress had a profound effect on me but i had a chance to connect w/ a select few. i couldn't even get into character cuz i was in philly partly for "business."

shout out to ms. pele, mahogany, and paradigm for their hospitality and wsup to all the OKPs i did and didn't miss. i can't forget about still-not-an-okayplayer "miko" from b-more aka "lisa bonet" and shout out to my boy rjcc and his conversations w/ mahogany at the bowling alley (worth the trip alone)! j-sun, i wanted to talk to you about weed but you had a baby in your arms. chuckforprez, congrats on grad school and good luck on your projects. oh, you didn't see me? stop playing. i was the only asian dude there (late) FOR ALL THE EVENTS...

missed out on free breakfast. my original idea of staying up until 6am came crashing to a halt at 3:30 when my body decided that i really needed some sleep in my life. i'm cool with that. now to figure out what i'm getting into b4 registration. probably something that involves shopping and/or food. yeah, that could be a move.

i had a good time... met some wonderful folks and hope yall had a good wknd.

My highlights:
The sessions on the 10th flr were ridiculous, if I ever get lung cancer, I know exactly the moment it happened. Big shout out to DVS for comin thru all weekend. I had to bounce last night before I blacked out and never got a chance to say peace to u & Raina.

Fluid was cool, they played pretty much everything. Name a song, any song...they played that shyt!

The picnic was very well organized, almost too damned organized; I can't get a 2nd burger? lol I had a helluva time gettin' there, but it was a great location and plenty to eat and drink.

I had a blast at karaoke, but never try to squeeze 50 drunk folks into a 20 person karaoke room. If u do, make sure Adwhizz is one of those folks, he's a fuckin' wild man! I need to see some footage of that. I caught a lil' bit thanks to Chanel, but I need to see reactions too lol

All in all, I really didn't hate anybody and there was minimum irritation; that's a major success in my world.

everything started off great cuz i beat EVERYBODY'S ass in bowling. lol. and i probably havent bowled in 20+ yrs. (however i did get my ass kicked in air hockey)

saturday night was an adventure. cheesesteaks before the club and cheesesteaks afterwards. i got to bond with my girlcrush lisa bonet while miracleric got lost picking us up from the club ( thanks, ric ;)we had cheesesteaks and ran in the rain together :)

the bbq was cool but whycome im not in no pix? lol. i remember taking zillions. but i was to' the fuck up tho. i went through like 7 different stages of drunkenness that day: happy drunk, sad drunk, quiet-contemplative drunk, sick drunk, and SLEEP drunk.

it was great seeing sha (good lookin out), ms pele, missj, stayls, sunnie, damali (cool and funny as hell, lol), chanel (super funny drunk, lol), squeeg, mr thomas (ALWAYS drunk and or high), sweetruffian, miracleric ( :)~ ), ms badu and lisa bonet, haji....damn i cant name everyone i kicked it with...ikilan, grandroyal, nyesha (the FIRST okp i ever met), lovejones, aj....etc etc

thank you to the re committee for all your hard work in putting it all together. it was a really awesome event.

this has been on of the most memorable weekends ever..straight EPIC!!! oh WOW
i was on the plane just going thru the pix i took (some of them I remember taking...some of them I didn't)...but I went thru them and would just bust out laffin.
