it was 99 or so. em came out here with a rawkus tour and brought proof along.
since i did promo for the venue i ran into proof backstage and we got into talking bout dilla and the 5ela shit.
somewhere in the middle of the convo eminem comes in and is like yo proof lets go back to the hotel man
proof is like nah man im chilling you can go
em is not having that hes like dude lets go man
so they go back and forth for a minute
em gets mad walks up to me and snatches this marker i was holding and throws it on the floor
im like wtf and pick it up and proof snatches it from me and throws it at em's head
the two of them start yelling and pushing each other and shit and em eventually walks off with a 'fuck you'

about 30 mins later em walks back in and is like 'yo you got the key to the room?'
proof ignores him and em ended up sitting there ice grilling him til he decided to leave too
