i believe most men aware of what constitutes harassment won't and don't engage in it. yet, incumbent upon the woman, that line differs.
some women are at the 'don't speak' peak due to continuous harassment experienced.

when women take measures to outline what is found harassing, men are defensive because that is either what they don't do, it is not what they INTEND, they cannot correlate any of the aforementioned into how it is an unavoidable and impactful situation for US.

we are -men and women- within our rights to speak and not be spoken to.

so who cedes on the issue?
for women not to would be to accept unfavorable behaviour and further internalize the "criminination".

if anything
we seem to need a non-disclosure agreement.
we agree that you all stop and afterwards there's no bitching allowed on why it's stupid or unnecessary or absurd.
