It's interesting that you think street harassment is limited to who the initiator thinks is level 10 foine. Just being a woman is enough. Being a woman whose face is covered or even a woman who is with another woman (gay) is subject to it. But that goes to show that you think it's just some friendly extension of compliment and good will... an expression of how much people appreciate a woman's looks. It's not.
