if you have an "ethnic" name. They are not supposed to and they could get in trouble if they do but they DO.
However for companies that lack alot of minorites (i.e. tech companies) having an ethnic name is probably a plus. So what does this mean? If you wanna name your kid LaKraysha give them a computer and teach em how to code when they are young.
