that's more of a precursor to starting war with iran than anything obama's ever done.
obama was not present to vote (so i *would* understand your criticism of his failure to vote), but supporting hillary who DID vote in favor of that bit of saber-rattling is not very sensible if you are anti-war with Iran.
declaring a component of any state's military a terrorist organization is tantamount to saying the whole nation/state actively supports terrorism and in a post 9/11 world is essentially a precursor to war.
imagine how we would act if some country declared the CIA a terrorist organization for its cover activities/assassinations/government destabilizing acts? the u.s. gov't would consider such a declaration to be 'hostile to our interests'.
