This isn't to you specifically, but I think people make it out to be a competition when they bring up all this "Soulquarian-influenced" stuff.

Personally, I don't think there is an influence and if there was I think musically he's given them a big fat middle finger in the sense of "how dare you think you can equal me." IMO musically this album blows Voodoo out the water.

I'm getting tired of the whole "Soulquarian's are God" routine on this site even though it makes perfect sense for their biggest fans to be here.

I'm a fan too but sometimes....
