I truly hope it is a phase, cuz if he can keep moving forward with this renewed sense of musical vision as well as get back to his "liberatory ambiguity" (neither black nor white ... straight nor gay), then I might ... well, we'll see.

It strikes me as oddly sad that he decided to stick the line from Sexuality in the leading track (new breed of leaders ... stand up ...). Makes me wonder what it all means for him now? It was so refreshing when he said it in it's original context.
