The Man is supposed to be the head of the house. Not that it means the woman is somehow less, the man simply has the responsibilty. With responsibility there has to be some control. Don't take it so bad. The man should also revere the woman and treat her with utter respect. Not abuse her and tell her he's the master or stuff like that.
