The music seems extremely secondary to the spectacle. An album was an excuse for this mess.

I mean, yeah every artists changes things up to the last minute but this dude changed the title what? twice in two weeks?

I wonder what happened to him. He's always been off, but how does a guy go from

"George Bush doesn't care about black people"...to "Bill Cosby is innocent!!" and beefing with Wiz over Twitter?

I mean, the Kardashians? Really Ye? That's "Malcom West's" family? huh

Rather than growing, it is almost like he is devolving in front of our eyes. Some strange Benjamin Button type thing because dude is getting less mature and making worse music as time goes on.

While he clearly believes he is making important and great music, I don't think the music is what is important to him anymore.

He wants to make a splash, a spectacle, and it seems to me his ultimate goal is to become an icon/brand that is embraced by the white establishment.
