the latest rapper playing on his criminal credentials. rap is not new to this.
not saying this isnt a new nadir, it definitely IS, and EVERYONE is culpable, but just saying dont act like this is brand new. when snoop's murder charges were being played up, there was debate about gangs in LA, when 50s survival after being shot was being played up, there was outrage about street life being used as a cheap advertising technique, when jeezy came out, there was disgust that he could be so cold and almost proud of selling drugs. keef has just taken it to a new low. hes taken rap fans' thirst for reality up a notch.
whats happening in chicago is clearly real, but so was what was happening in LA in 93 and so on.
