Blue Light

====
I really wished "Blue Light" became a huge hit for him. When I was back home in 1998, I had heard this song a lot on the radio and I thought that was odd. A lot of Hawaiian pop and "Jawaiian music" (local style reggae) tends to be very pop friendly and at times spiritual, basically doing music "mom or grandmom would like". Prince is not the first person I would expect to be covered, even though everyone would admit to liking Prince. Yet because "Blue Light" is a reggae song, that appealed to people there. I'm assuming it was a song that got a bit of airplay for him, but someone covered it and it became a Hawaiian hit.

I simply like "Blue Light" not only for its reggae vibe, but it's a laid back Prince song without anything too heavy to it.

Anyway, I'll keep it there.
