Thieves In The Temple (Remix)
I love what happens after the part that's the single edit/album mix, all the way up until and including the "I am the best, better than the rest, better than the thieves in the temple tonight" part, that to me *makes* the song. However, I'd like to hear a re-edit of the remix where the "who got the body, who got the body, who?" is moved closer to the middle, and the funky part I like is moved to the end, and gently fades out when he's doing those howls. To find a way to extend that, or to go to the multi-tracks and pull something that would extend that moment and make it better: I would love to do that.

Part 1: 0:31 to 4:26

Part 3: 4:07 to 6:10 (and extend what's going on in the last 20 seconds if it was possible)

Part 2 would be a bit unnecessary if Part 3 could be achieved in the way I'd want it but... I'll leave it at that.

Joy In Repetition (live version performed during the EMANCIPATION release party that was broadcast. I never liked this song when GRAFFITI BRIDGE came out, but when he did it in the TV special, the time away from the song made me listen to it differently and appreciate it even more. That guitar solo remains one of the sickest solos he's ever done. In fact, for anyone who has never heard or seen this, here:

It's hard to see here, but the moment Prince turns around and walks back to stage, there's a guy in the crowd who looks to be completely blown away by what he just heard. It happens around the 4:26 and while you see someone to the right side do a vicious head nod, it's better when you see a much clearer version.)
