i always loved guru's voice, but it was his subject matter that made him great. incredibly topical. anyone who says premier carried gangstarr is an idiot and not really a fan of gangstarr. lucky to say i saw gangstarr live when they were still cool (a few years before the ownerz album). guru was mad short though. lol. but cool as shit. spoke to him for a sec. real down to earth.

he'll definitely be missed.
