You show me some sort of scientifically-proven correlation between the censorship of music and a drop in crime, and then we can talk. I would think that if you further repressed the youth's freedom of speech like you seem to be implying, that crime would increase.

Point being, you can't hate a problem away. You've got to provide better alternatives. That's where change comes from.
