NO production skills whatsoever and is NOTHING else besides a rapper
even the biggest Kanye hater has to acknowledge him having some type of 'production skill', to chop/loop a sample, program drums, the variety of song structures, arrangements, sounds, styles, and rhythms he's used, to decide for a string arrangement on one song, or the harlem boys choir to sing backround vocals on a song, putting together cohesive albums, the live show for Glow In The Dark, etc.
If Kanye has NO 'production skill' whatsoever, than anyone who isn't a multi-instrumentalist composer also has 'no production skill'
