How are people able to upload files longer than 10 minutes on there? I get some anime eps and they are 24 minutes sometimes. How does that go down? I have a co-worker who has a video which is 18 minutes long. I'm trying to help him to get the video up.

Youtube's limitation isn't about length, it's about file size. You can upload any length video as long as its under 100MB.

sure they have a limit but if you keep it under 100MB its cool (or was unless things just changed with google). i mean you arent supposed to post tv shows either that doesnt stop people. if you post something longer then 10 minutes it will stay up unless someone complains to youtube about it

The ten minute limit was imposed pretty recently. When they changed it they let all the longer videos that had been uploaded before stay.
