60017, How are folks uploading episodes on Youtube?

I tried to put some anime on there and it says the max upload size is 100. I need at least 160 to place an episode. How are people getting around this?

60021, I'd assume that they compress it so it's less than 100mb

all the videos on there are like 320 x 240 or some shit.
