50540, Dreamcast Power HELP!!!!

So I get Shemnue finally in the mail. I rush home to play the joint. I go to turn my Dreamcast on and all I get is a flicker on the power light. The damn system wont power on! Anybody have the problem before? What do I do? I am thirsty to play this game. I've been playing Jet Grind all last week no problem. Today I go to play Shemnue and boom no power.
All help is appreciated.

I mean they are pretty cheap on Ebay but I don't want to wait for shipping...again. I just waited for this damn Shemnue to come in the mail and now I gotta spend and wait for the system? This is drippin with wack juice.
What are these Goodwills you speak of with Dreamscasts?
