graven-mass talisman (+8% sorcery damage)
ritual sword talisman (+10% damage at full health)

4th slot is dependent on spell/incant setup but either godfrey icon (+15% charged damage) or flock canvas talisman (+8% faith damage) usually. i missed the magic scorpion charm. will try to pick it up in NG+

damage reduction talismans (pearldrake, spelldrake, etc.) worked fine in the early-to-mid-game but late game i am getting one-shotted no matter my setup so i just go all in on offense and go for fashion souls as my armor setup unless i am desperate for damage and wear ranni's hat (even though it clashes with the rest of my gear 😩)
