and am paying the price for it near the end game, as i should. i brought this upon myself 😎😫

as you play this game (and the souls games in general) you will get better at surviving simply by mastering your character's animation timings (weapon swings, dodge rolls, spell casts, shield blocks, parries) and the attack animations of the enemies. additionally the higher your level the more resistant to damage you become. that's how the game is set up. so unless you are a prideful masochist like myself you will be putting points into stats that increase your survivability and should have an easier go of it than me. and up until this point it's been fine for me, even with my low HP build. this game has a handful of tough bosses but most can be defeated without issue or co-op'd if desired
