the switch has been the only new system i have bought. growing up we always had nintendo systems. i dont play games often enough to make sense getting either of these at launch. yet im tempted to.

only having a switch which of these two systems would make the most sense to get first? the ps5 dualsense controller looks really cool feature wise. seems like xbox would give more access to games.

how long does it typically take for either a discount or a refreshed model of new systems to come up?

if i wanted to go all digital with one of these two which one would make more sense to get the disc version of?

im thinking im going to chill on either of them until spring. would be fine paying full price for one of them at that time then hopefully less on the second system down the road.
