the opening bridge to stage seven is an absolute nightmare with Richter, hardest part of the game to not get hit IMO

going back and playing as Maria a second time makes the game much easier but fun in its own right, she is OP but her movement (double jumps, sliding) and skillset showed what the developers had in mind for Alucard and advancing Castlevania gameplay into the next generation

great game -- I never messed with the Richter section of SOTN much but this made me want to replay it
