Those shots during Tsushima. The gameplay of The Last of Us 2; also, this'll be weird to comment on, but was that the first GOOD video game kiss? That free flowing combat, the quips, the cliffhanger of Spider-Man? The ongoing weirdness (and some vague answers provided) from Death Stranding?


The four highlighted games took this show for me, and then there was that cool ass psychedelic take on Psy-Ops (Control, right?) and the work they put in to Resident Evil 2, one of my most played games of my childhood was just icing on the cake. What a cool, good show. I get why the total conference nerds are complaining about pacing and a lack of information but people have been doing that with Sony conferences ever since they went this content dump route; I couldn't care less. Just show me the game and let me draw my own conclusions.


Microsoft made me envious of XBox owners in a way they haven't in years, but Sony still just speaks to me in a way even Nintendo, who's been really close with the Switch for me for a while, don't.
