Some parts of this game look amazing.

The stages are all-time great status.

The cutscene animations look good, if uncanny at times.

The different single player modes and gear grinding sounds fun enough.

And there's hella attention to detail everywhere.

But...

The gameplay animations still look like 90s green screen trash.

The character models are mostly weak.

And the gameplay itself is that same old full-screen projectile keep-away vs. teleporter high-low mixup blockstring NRS bullshit.

I might cop eventually, tho.
