I wish Capcom would have done this from the jump. IV could have still been the big draw at EVO and other big tourneys while Capcom actually finished V.

Since I refused to buy a season pass for a gimped game, I'll just cop the disc when it comes out. Did the same thing when SSFIV came out. That said, I played and enjoyed the stock SFIV when it dropped, so that's different
