and it's safe on block too if you don't do the target combo. the target combo is hella punishable on block tho.
i could lie and say i was hit confirming the target combo, but i wasn't. i just had a feeling Cammy didn't wanna block when i saw her falling for the old cr.MK, lp. elbow.
