I think that's the right move.
Guile got a buff and a wash -- UDK is now +4 instead of +6 on hit, so you can't link cr.mp anymore, only jab. The wash is V trigger is back to 3 bars. I'm fine with that. I used V-reversal much more than VT. I think this is more in line with how Guile is meant to be, as well.
Also, the v-meter usage for sonic breaks is back to season 1 levels. This means that the corner infinite will remain as it is in its season 2 form, but you'll be able to do many more loops.
