but I can understand why they decided to make it ass since he still has explosive damage, they just made it too ass.
normalizing invincible reversals widened the field of killers in this game, and I like that overall, but I think they should have probably gone the 3S route and made each strength of DP have different types of invincibility and different uses.
Something like: -light DP beats meaties, gets beaten air-to-air -medium DP anti-airs, gets stuffed by meaty normals -hard DP beats meaties and anti-airs but is vulnerable to throws -EX is fully invincible
that way the mind games go both ways.
