i'm super happy this "platform" model (aka games as a service instead of a product) that counterstrike, team fortress, dota, minecraft, terraria, etc. have had great success with is bleeding over into other genres and to consoles, and specifically to games by publishers that have previously been fairly poor at providing post-launch support and/or have historically charged a lot of money for post-launch support. the new hitman is adopting this idea and now so is street fighter v. i hope it works out for the devs and publishers involved
