295306, what's with the americans using controllers and not sticks?

snake eyez, nuckle, smug, etc. maybe i just happened to watch the 3 americans that don't use sticks...
is just a cultural difference of americans generally learning and playing on 360 + ps3 as opposed to arcade machines?
