On the PCPartPicker page it says you're buying Windows? And is that the price you're paying? You could probably save a few dollars and get an upgrade version of 8.1 and just do the double install trick. You do an initial installation that can't have the product key authenticated, and then you just do a fresh/clean install over that installation, and the subsequent installation should be able to be authenticated. Not sure if it's worth the trouble for you, but that's what I've done before.

EDIT: So I just found out they don't sell Windows 8.1 upgrade versions. I guess that means if you wanted to do the double-install route, you'd have to do with a version of 8.0 and then do the free upgrade to 8.1 afterwards.
