It has nothing to do with Sony, but rather how the anticipated business model is structured. If Microsoft does keep the used game retailer in the equation (and lets them set the pricing) then the consumer does NOT benefit. Same deal with Sony IF they keep the used game retailer in the equation.

And, like I said, if Sony cuts the retailer out (and/or if Microsoft does too) then the consumer stands to benefit GREATLY.
