what if your console crashes, do you have to re-buy all your games? Will MS allow you to transfer your game loads to your new console without paying a fee?
Are the games tied to the console or to the XBL account and console? If the later, what if you want sell your console with the games; can you not sell the games because it tied to your XBL account?
