I think it'll be always online. Some people say they may have been testing the waters with these rumors, but if that were true, why fire Adam Orth? There were also rumors that the reason the reveal was pushed from April to May was because it originally was always online, but after the outcry Microsoft decided not to implement it, but when you're ostensibly 7 months away from releasing a console would you really be able remove such a feature. I'm sure their factory overseas has been producing the console since January, if not earlier.
