you remember with the first BO the spawn points were FUBAR. I am pretty sure this one uses dedicated spawn points. It seems like it at least. Instead of spawning next to your team. I get spawn killed so much. We were in a capture the flag game last night. It threw 3 of us into a game in progress and as soon as we started it spawned me on a bouncing betty, dead. Next another bouncing betty, dead. Then I spawned in a lightning strike. One of the guys in my party made it out of the spawn alive and said they were camped all around the spawn points.

Also I was reading the server issues were only with TDM Core. Everything else was fine.
