$200 to $250 cheaper than the PS?
Have access to the same games as those consoles, and probably be about a half-step behind them graphics-wise.
If you're a graphics guy, I can see how this will be a deal breaker, but honestly, a LOT of people aren't really that concerned with it. For me, it's all about gameplay.
