We need a round by round time limit and check through the old elbee posts to make sure the season runs more efficiently. I think a few recaps provided by the owners would also give the season more personality as well.

Definitely will be rules in place and weekly recaps are a MUST!

I don't know why they took FA out of the online leagues. We had it in my PS3 league last year and it was dope. We had a system in place and everything.

Free agents are there...you can access them from the website...but i don't think it should be a free-for-all...that too should have limits

there is a "free agent" link...you pick who you want and you have to drop a player from your roster.

when you go the free agents it list all the players and the teams not being used in the league but it doesn't give you the option to drop from a user controlled team

(it did before)...if not, you may have to dig back through the posts and use the link that was posted in there to do it (probably the same post that L_O is looking for).

But we shouldn't just be able to do this at free-will. It should be structured....if not, it would be no different than doing a fantasy draft.

Better to have a smaller league with a few solid owners vs. a ton of flakers.
Don't worry about hurt feelings. Those people will be begging to be let in when you run it again.

I finished a season last week (same outcome; I lost a lot). Before the league started, I knew when the playoffs would begin because each week had a hard start and end date. Out of town, dog died, mom sick, TV broke, 360 RROD...too bad, you knew what was up before it started.

Playoffs started on the 5th week.

The week started Saturday at 5am pst and ended Friday 12am pst.

You have 7 days to play 5 games.

No one cared how you communicated to get them done, just do it. The commish didn't care who communicated with who 1st or how many times. 7 days to play 5 games....PERIOD

Saturday before 5am, all unfinished games were simmed. No bitching about the results, you had all week to get them played.

If you played all 5 of your games in one or two days, good for you, your next 5 games are still a week away. You now have time to play COD or what ever until then.

....and stick to one commish.

Hard sim is cool, but if we didn't "schedule" a time to play, then I should not be obligated to drop whatever I'm doing just because you hop online and are "ready to go". That person could just be on for a bit and not have time to run a league game...

I'm one of the most consistent people in the league and since I live in the future I can reset late night games for you all over breakfast.

You'd be surprised how many 80+ players can get traded because the owner doesn't know their release or strengths. I think the previous rule was a one time 2 players from teams not picked then trades until the trade deadline.

But in the meantime let's ball!

it was loosely tied to the player ratings on the current teams roster too (I believe). I think that the cut-off was 80...but "worse" teams were allowed to draft ONE player that was rated over an "80". I

Issue out Co-Commish duties to LO Quent, Chiefwon and thelonestranger

Aiight I've tried to determine a winner (LO Quent/Pistons won) but it won't allow me to. I get this message:

"This game could not be simulated at this time. It may be in progress."

The funny thing is when you go to the headlines and scroll through it has a date of 3/20 on that game for both the Nuggets and Pistons.

Btw Summers has called his former teammates and complained of the inhumane treatment and disrespect he's received since being traded to the Suns.

For some reason, I couldn't catch and shoot...something was wrong with the controller or something...that was a good game though...you cooled off in the second half and we put our foot on the gas.

Do you realize the kind of D i had to stick that asshole with all night?? and he STILL burned us for FIVE shots from down town ....its unacceptable that he can make shots like that when hes covered AND often DT'd.. at least I was able to block a bunch of his shots.. but c'mon.. you got so many weapons at your disposal but you cheese with that dude...

that said.. i'd use him too if i had him.. but i hate his fucking guts..

Great game though, a lot of intensity.. it all came down to a bad pass/turnover aka the story of my 2k life..

and all of the shots that Melo, Landry hit were wide open shots???? Yeah, ok.

It's not "cheese" no matter how you try to slice it...

...the 2nd best player in the game!! ...please dont compare him to KK who's a 65 rating and the 10th best player overall on your team ..no WAY he should be a top 5 scorer in the league ..its a glitch in the game the way he makes 3's ..fields was just 6/15 and WIDE open all night
