even a toned down, slightly nerfed Gouki is beastly. He was godlike in vanilla. But in Super that fucking Rufus matchup is the worst. It's a bad match up for Gouki if rufus has ultra 2. As Gouki you spend most of the match zoning with fireballs or baiting out his EX meter. When he has ultra 2, fireballs or jumping from half screen will get you killed. Not to mention that fucking EX Jesus kick once he gets meter. and he's a fucking tank. he can risk doing stupid shit as long as he can guess right twice. Gouki does anything stupid half of his life is gone.
