killstreaks are fine because they can be shot down. they just need to reward the team players more. in objective games the people who plant/defuse bombs or capture/defend flags get higher points. those who don't start to get negative points after a certain time until they the do the objective. every kill will be -50, -100, etc and the match bonus is negative too. that means people will level down. any completed challenges or weapon unlocks are also negated.
