...you wont stop the communication ...but, there should be an auto-boot script in the game that will kick out a player who gets killed by the same player after multiple Tactical Insertions ...like any more than 5 times within 30 seconds and the guy who is getting killed is booted
...personally, i will seek out the boosters by watching them in their cameras, note the location and seek them out ...seeing them leave in frustration is satisfying as a 30-5
