-1 for completely nerfing Gen
+1 for nerfing Sagat. I never knew how fucked up he was until I played with Boxer
-1 for Boxer's lame ass #2 Ultra that you can jump out of after animation.
+1 for trimming Rufus. Can't tell you how many snake strikes and Jesus kicks I've ate lol
I never got into 3s so I'm looking forward to using them. Makoto especially.
