I played a team deathmatch game yesterday that was had this glitch. Everything was super fast. I played it on highrise and you could go from one side of the map to the other side in like 2 seconds.

It was actually pretty fun. The problems were that you couldn't brake, if you tried to stopped moving you slid on the ground for a long distance. This was extremely annoying on Highrise since people were sliding off the map. Also, people moved out of your sight pretty quickly also.
