We've been going in order through all of the missions on Veteran and currently we are on the one called "Homeland Defense" in the Charlie Missions. I've got 39 Stars so far.

So far they don't seem too difficult. the most annoying one (not hardest) was the "Stealth" one in Charlie. It has these snipers in Ghillie suits popping out of no-where and shooting you and then going prone in the grass. We had to have one of us run out as a distraction while the other looked for the reflection off the snipers scope. Even though it was annoying when I was playing it, looking back it was a lot of fun.
