Also if you want to make it hard for the opposition to find you either the Cold-Blooded perk or the ninja perk are a good way to go. Hell you can even combine the two perks together. Keep your head on a swivel. Also, if someone is jamming your radar chances are they are close by. I was chilling out on the top floor of a building and someone jammed my radar so I headed downstairs and knifed his ass on the way down. That shit was so rewarding.
