In fact, I do it all the time. I only have the Stinger missle now, and it's very effective at taking out UAVs, Harriers, and Pave Lows. Just point the launcher and aim until you have a lock on.

The stinger can't really take out the AC130 though. I aim at the AC130 and whenever i launch the Stinger missles the AC130 drops flares that diverts the stinger missles. I might need to use the Javelin to take out the AC130
