2nd best graphics (compared to Uncharted2) and MP was good. MW2 has an good, not great yet insane single player (so far...just jumped on the heli ladder, the favela levels are crazed) decent graphics/excellent framerate and much better multiplayer...so I give em a tie.

Co-GOTY FPSs. Own em both and I like em both very much.
Uncharted 2 is STILL overall GOTY imho. Assassin's Creed 2 is the last competitor, nothing else coming out this or next month comes close.
