I have yet to receive a refund as my issue has been escalated to another level/department. Silver lining? I explained in full detail (again) how I got hacked. I was hesitant at first because I didn't want them to put the blame on me. I told them about the fake inbox message from Hotep. Then they said they've had other problems like this. So, I should get my money back. It just won't be soon. Which sucks cause...well, it just sucks
To add insult to injury, my XBOX is about to suffer from E74. I can't get it to read 2K10. So, it should hopefully be any time now. I'm probably going to just send it to TX before it goes out anyway.
